I'm Jeremy Wiens, a REALTOR® with Real Broker working across southeastern Manitoba — Steinbach, Ste. Anne, Hanover, La Broquerie, De Salaberry and the country between them. Most of my work happens outside town limits, and that's on purpose.

Out here, the things that wreck a deal are the things nobody thought to ask about: water, septic, access, power, zoning, insurance, financing. Almost all of it is catchable before you commit.
